The values behind your reading.
Clear expectations help create a thoughtful experience. Please review these policies before purchasing a reading or sending an intake.
Reading policies
Who readings are for
Readings are for adults aged 18 or older. They are offered for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and entertainment. You do not need any prior tarot knowledge or particular belief system.
Scope and expectations
Tarot interpretation is subjective. Readings do not guarantee future events, specific results, or accuracy. You remain responsible for your choices and actions. A reading is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Questions should center on your own experience and choices. Readings do not verify other people’s private thoughts or activities. Requests for diagnoses, pregnancy or death predictions, legal outcomes, gambling results, or guaranteed financial returns are outside the reading scope.
Booking, payment, and delivery
Check the individual Etsy listing for the reading format, price, what is included, and the delivery window before purchase. Payments and orders are handled through Etsy. A client intake or email inquiry alone does not create a paid booking or reserve a date.
If a request falls outside the available service or cannot be completed, it should be discussed before work begins. Any change to the agreed scope, format, or timing requires agreement.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Review the cancellation and refund terms in the Etsy listing and shop policies before ordering. For an order concern or change request, contact Tiger Paws Tarot promptly with your order number. Available options depend on the purchased service, the stage of the order, and applicable Etsy rules and consumer rights.
This page does not establish a blanket “no refunds” policy or remove rights that apply to a purchase. If the listing leaves a term unclear, ask before buying.
Respectful communication
Readings require respectful communication from everyone involved. Harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, or requests outside these boundaries may lead to a reading being declined or stopped. Any outstanding order issue will be addressed through the relevant Etsy process.
Code of ethics
The following commitments guide the Tiger Paws Tarot approach.
1. Your agency comes first.
You decide what resonates and what action, if any, to take. No card or interpretation removes your ability to choose.
2. Honesty over certainty.
Interpretations are presented as perspectives, not verified facts or inevitable outcomes. Limits and uncertainty are acknowledged.
3. Respect for every person.
People of different identities, backgrounds, and beliefs deserve dignity. A reading is a space for respectful exploration.
4. Care with your story.
Personal details are handled with care. Readings and testimonials are not published without permission, except where disclosure is legally required.
5. Clear boundaries.
Professional matters are referred to qualified professionals. Questions about others are reframed around your own experience and agency.
6. No fear or pressure.
No claims that you must buy additional services to remove a curse, prevent harm, or secure a positive outcome. Repeat readings are your choice.
Privacy & your information
What you choose to share
The intake form asks for a name, email address, reading focus, question, and consent. Pronouns, an Etsy order reference, and brief context are optional. Feedback forms ask for your name, email, experience, and optional permission to publish a chosen display name.
Please avoid sending sensitive records, payment card details, passwords, or unnecessary identifying information about other people.
How the website forms work
Form text is prepared in your browser. The site does not submit it to a server, save it in a database, or store it in browser local storage. You choose whether to open an email draft, copy the text, or download a text file. Opening a draft does not send it; you must press Send in your email app.
Browser autofill and history behavior depend on your own browser settings. A downloaded draft remains on your device until you remove it. Opening an email draft shares its text with the email application or provider you choose.
Email, orders, and hosting
Information you send by email is used to answer your inquiry, prepare or follow up on a reading, and manage related requests. Email is handled through Gmail; orders and payments are handled through Etsy. Those services process information under their own policies.
The website contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, third-party font requests, or nonessential cookies. Like other web servers, the hosting server may keep technical access logs, such as an IP address, time, and requested page, for operation and security.
Feedback and publication
Feedback stays private unless you give permission to publish it. If you do consent, only the agreed testimonial and display name should appear publicly. Email addresses must not be published. Substantive edits require your agreement.
Questions or deletion requests
Email [email protected] with a privacy question or a request to remove your testimonial or personal correspondence. Requests are considered alongside any records that must be retained for order administration, disputes, or legal obligations. Separate requests may be needed for records held directly by Etsy or your email provider.
Something still on your mind?
Ask before purchasing if you are unsure about the reading scope, shop terms, or how your information is used. Clear expectations are part of a thoughtful reading.
